Colonial or two-Story homes

From 1500 to 5,000 square feet and anywhere in between Colonial homes have 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and kitchen designs from gourmet to basic.

Ranch or single level homes

You can design master bedroom suites on the opposite side of the house from the kids bedrooms or group them all together. Ranch homes can fit any budget and can be designed with a classy look adding options like hip roofs and bumpouts.

Raised Ranches-homes that use the basement level for living space

Want to expand to a lower level later on or perhaps expand that level for an in-law apartment.  Raised ranches offer the best value for the dollar per square foot of living space.

Split Level Homes-homes with multiple levels of living space

These designs can give you that modern multi-level feel and can be a useful design for tricky lots or where you want a garage under the main house.  Also good potential for an in-law apartment.

Capes-often referred to as 1 1/2 levels

The traditional New England look and great value for the dollar. Today's Cape is not only a good choice for first time home buyers but also offer excellent flexibility for single floor living with room for your visitors to sleep upstairs.
