BuyModular, Inc. will assist new home owners with the purchase of a modular home so that they can act as their own general contractor. First of all, we qualify that you have the knowledge and experience in home construction to be able to complete your project. We will not leave you to figure it out for yourself. If you are qualified this is a great way to build your home at wholesale cost. A complete understanding of the scope of the work required to complete a new modular home is necessary. We will inspect your lot with you to be sure that a modular home can be delivered to your site and set on your foundation. We will schedule and manage the delivery and set of the home. We will complete the home through "weather tight". We will confirm that all parts and materials that are shipped loose to finish the home are included. We will work with you for any factory service that is required. We will work with your subcontractors concerning issues that may arise to complete the home. All other work such as lot layout, sitework and excavation, foundation, subcontractor scheduling and completion of the home will be your responsibility. For qualified new homeowners this is an opportunity to earn equity by doing much of the work required to finish your home. |
